Jack-o-lantern 2012

Once again this year, we waited until the last minute to purchase our pumpkin {from the grocery store} and to carve it. We still had lots of fun Sunday afternoon carving him. I am all about creative carved pumpkins, but I prefer the traditional jack-o-lantern faces. So that's what we have. A classic ole' jack-o-lantern. We baked our seeds too and they were so good that they were gone in an hour. I made a "sauce" if you will out of melted butter, worcestershire sauce and seasoning salt. So yummy.

so sweet.
he loved this. go figure.

she did too, surprisingly.

Cute! I like traditional ones too. We still haven't carved ours and since AM has ballet tonight I don't see it happening!! At least they painted them before the baby came :)
