Busy, Busy

We've had a very busy weekend, but most of the time that is how we like it! We headed to Montgomery Friday once Dru got off of work to celebrate Becca's big 28! We had a delicious dinner at Lek's downtown. If you've never been it is an amazing Thai restaurant. SO, SO GOOD! Simms did great at the restaurant, especially considering that we were there for a while, and dealing with a time change (GA to AL) right at bedtime. I promise I think even that one hour makes a difference. She was tired but managed to stay up once we got back to the house so that she could be introduced via ultrasound on video to her cousin, Lillian Hunter Allgood, or Lilla as she will be called. It was such a sweet video!
We were planning on heading back early Saturday morning, but decided to wait and "ride out the storm," literally. Simms was glad as this meant playing in her Tupperware cabinet some more and running up and down the halls. We ate lunch at Chris' Hotdogs and headed back. After dinner last night we took Simms over to Minnie and GrandDanny's to play with Bennett, who was there for an overnighter, as his parents tried to act like college kids again. Simms and B had such a great time. We laughed and laughed at them.
Today was spent at church, well, I will clarify, Dru went but Simms and I didn't. I know, I know. Good Daddy, Bad Mommy! We ate lunch at the Bulloch House which was delicious. My grandparents treated the entire family. Meme usually cooks a FEAST EVERY SUNDAY for the entire family, but this Sunday decided to take everyone out instead. How sweet. We'll take her food any day over the Bulloch House's though! Here are some pictures from the weekend. I have been trying to get some good shots of Simms' LONG hair, but of course she still hates the camera!

I had to take a picture of this picture of Dru. I was so shocked when I glanced at this picture at how much Simms and Dru look alike. It is just crazy to me.
