Random Happenings

These are some random pics that I didn't have enough of to make their own post..Starting with..

We took Simms to visit FRA, the school she will attend next year for Kindergarten. I graduated from there and it is just a 1 1/2 minutes from our house, which I love. It is a great school. I just cannot believe my precious little sidekick will be gone ALL day to school starting in August. That is a tough one to swallow. She was so excited that morning!
Cope loves showing off his big muscles..I could eat this kid with a spoon!
Simms had another great dentist visit! I think this was her 5th trip to the dentist and she LOVES being told no cavities!
I turned 31 on March 19. Simms has a cupcake cookbook and she wanted to make me something for my birthday out of that cookbook more than anything. So her sweet daddy said ok..and they made me the most delicious homemade cupcakes! They used a recipe that was the Wilton Old Fashioned Icing for the icing and OH MY GOODNESS!! Delicious. Once they were done and decorated they led me to the table and sang to me. It was so sweet.
Dru & I went to New Orleans a few weekends ago to see one of my closest childhood friends get married. Lance married a girl from the New Orleans area, Katie, that he met at Auburn, so there was lots of that NOLA flair to the wedding & reception. It was a wonderful getaway although I was highly skeptical of going to NOLA 24 weeks pregnant. I am so glad I went though. A lot of my family was there for the wedding too so that was fun! It was a beautiful night and Dru's parents were so sweet to keep Simms & Cope so that we could go!

Simms is enjoying ballet again this year and the countdown is on for her spring recital! She loves it!
Here we are at 25 weeks, Clarke! I had to have labs drawn today to see if I have been exposed to Fifths Disease ( I know I have, b/c Simms & Cope have more than likely just gotten over it) and to see if I have it or have an immunity to it. Hopefully I'm immune to it because it isn't a good thing to have while pregnant! So I am waiting to get those results back! Other than that this pregnancy is flying by. The heartburn is killing me but that is really my only complaint since my migraines have become less & less. I only get them about every other week now which is SO much better than every 2 days or so. Simms and I started going through some of her baby clothes yesterday and laying things out that we will be able to use for Clarke. I am trying to get organized so I will know exactly what we will need to buy to be prepared for her arrival!
