Frances Clarke is ONE!

I cannot believe that on June 20, 2014, Clarke turned 1! This sweet, precious baby has been the most joyful gift to our family. We all love her more than we can put into words. Everyone of us is constantly wanting to hold her, make her giggle, help her around the house. Whatever we can do for our baby we want to be the one doing it! I am so, so very thankful the Lord had always planned on Clarke joining our family. I'm so thankful he carried her through that scary pregnancy and delivered her to my arms healthy and thriving. I am so thankful Simms will have Clarke as her sister and best friend. I am so thankful Cope will have that baby sister he will always want to protect. I am beyond grateful Dru and I are able to raise this precious miracle. Our second daughter. 

Our Birdie is our baby of the family. She always will be looked after more, loved on fiercely and overly protected I am sure of it. 

We had a small family party the morning after her actual birthday. It was a perfect and dainty party just like she is. She was happy and smiling and loved everyone being here.

The morning of her birthday she woke up laughing which is the norm for her. I have a picture of all of my babies the morning of their first birthday RIGHTS when they wake up.

She had the sweetest watercolor invitation drawn for her with a baby bird on it. Perfect for our Birdie.

We had so many special people in Clarke's life here to celebrate. They showered her with presents. She loved them all..

She loved her cake but was very clean about eating it...

It was a perfect party that wore our sweet baby out!
