Crafty Simms

Simms, Dru and I went to church last night to take part in family Advent night. There were lots of activities to help get ready for the Advent season. It was so much fun and I just love seeing Simms becoming a part of the church that I grew up in. We have a new children's director, who put all of this on, and she did a wonderful job! Simms had a great time. I had to leave early for Supper Club, but her daddy and Minnie were there to help her out! These pics are from my phone, and our computer is still unhooked, as our house is being totally rearranged, so this blogging is from my phone also! We hope to have things put together soon! Here are some pictures of the advent wreath Simms made, and one of a Christmas card she and daddy made! I've also included a couple of her big girl bed. Keep in mind, the room is still pretty bare, we have to get a picture hung above the bed, a bookshelf redone and the bedding was mine in college. I'm going to wait a while before having her some made. This bed was mine growing up. She is very proud of it! I'll hopefully have pictures of Cope's room soon, once the panels are hung and a painting comes in that I ordered. And speaking of Cope, I have a shower tomorrow night! I am so excited! It is a double shower for me and Sissy, or I guess for Cope and Mary Margaret! The invitation is adorable. I'll be sure to do a post on the shower too! Check out that baby ticker...not too much longer, especially when you can subtract a week from those numbers!!! We are so excited!
