Fun Times

We spent the weekend on the always wonderful Lake Martin. It was my birthday on Saturday, so we began celebrating Friday night. My sweet mother in law had a beautiful and delicious cake to enjoy after dinner:

{thankfully it didn't have 29 candles on it..probably a fire hazard}
I got some great presents {I'm dead serious when I say Dru's mom and sister keep me in style; I feel like I have no clue anymore}

Speaking of style:

Cope was loving Lilla's crocs, which were too small and pink {he seriously had fat poking out of the holes...so funny}

These 2 loved on each other lots {and are looking so much alike these days}



Saturday we had more cousins join us! Sissy, Drew, Bennett, and Mae Mae came up for the afternoon and night. The 4 adults headed into town to host a party for our sweet friends Bret and Leah, and Mrs. Lil, Dr. Donny, Becca and Grover kept all FIVE kiddos! I pray it went as smoothly as they said it did {minus a few bumps in the road} but I know it was a tough and long night. But we are so grateful and appreciative they weathered the storm of keeping an almost 4 year old, a sassy 3 year old, a 20 month old, a 14 month old and a 13 month old so that we could go {makes me feel nuts just typing all of that} and we owe them! Now..as soon as Lauren Deal gets me some pics that are "uploadable" I will be posting pics from the party. Fun times. Great friends. Love those girls so much!
