We just returned from a quick trip to Tuscaloosa. We were there less than 24 hours but we had to make the trip to celebrate the arrival of our sweet niece, Lillian Hunter Allgood, who was born Tuesday. Lilla is beautiful. Absolutely perfect. And so tiny. She weighed 6lbs 4oz at birth and this morning was down to 5lbs 14oz! She has a head full of black hair and she is just a doll! Becca and Grover are doing great as new parents. Simms did really well around Lilla. She truly thought she was one of her baby dolls. She is so tiny just like some of her babies! Oh the fun we will have in January! She wanted to rub her over and over! We can't wait to see her again. I hate that we live so far away but I know we will see her soon! We are so thankful that you are here and healthy Lilla!

Grover and I were trying to get Lilla's hat back on, and Simms decided she needed some attention too. Little monkey. So hilarious.
