We celebrated today by attending church with my family. I think it was so special that I was able to be there with over 20 members of my family {on my mom and dad's sides}. We were spread out all over the place, but we were there. Our preacher had a wonderful Easter message and the music was beautiful. We dressed the kids up in their finest {although Dru had Simms calling Cope "Copelina due to his lace..whatev..Dru wore it too..and our boy looked beautiful}
I got no pictures of the cousins together today..sad..but I did snap one of Mae Mae during church
Before church our two were up early to see if the Easter Bunny hopped over to our house..which they were delighted to find out that he had!
After church we enjoyed a delicious lunch at my Meme's with everyone in attendance. This was no different than any other Sunday because she cooks like it is Easter every Sunday, but since it was Easter, it was even more special!
We also attended a few egg hunts this weekend, and met Dru's parents and Taylor and Jessica at Hunter's Pub. Delish and fun!
It has been a busy but fun weekend. Simms has tested my patience more this weekend than she has in a while though..so I'm hoping a new week will bring a new attitude for both of us! At least I can pray for that and have been already!

haha! Your comment about the lace on Cope cracked me up bc Alln said that Mitchell was wearing a "doily" around his neck wen he saw him in his beautiful Pieces By Tam Easter outfit this morning! :) So I feel your pain!

I love Cope's lace! I would dress him the same way, they both look beautiful in their Easter best!
Well you are lucky...Kyle banned lace, knee socks and collars the day they were born. He honestly gets so upset talking about it that it was never worth it. Atleast Dru has a sense of humor about it!!!!
Also, loved the beach pics and i know what you mean about family photos...they are rare, and even more rare to get one where everyone is looking, and even MORE rare they everyone is looking and making a normal face!
Lastly, Simms looks so cute in her boots and jeans and sorry i didnt comment on the last post, you know how I feel about animals. I know it is a part of life and I accept it, but I just cannot think about it.
But those kiddos sure looked adorable, as usual!
